I.O.2 Training Curriculum for an integral socio-labor intervention with young women, asylum seekers and refugees.

I.O.3 Open Educational Resource for an integral socio-labor intervention with young women, asylum seekers and refugees.
This Output includes three sub-outputs.

It will be developed on the basis of the theoretical framework and competences identified within the I.O.2 "Training Curriculum".
2: Piloting:
Piloting is the activity that will allow testing of the NO GAPS methodology.
In this activity the trained professionals will develop the NO GAPS intervention with their beneficiaries (young migrant women, asylum seekers and refugees)
After the intervention has been developed, the agents involved (professionals and beneficiaries) will carry out an evaluation of different aspects of it. The objective is to put into practice the methodology to check how it works. What are their strengths and weaknesses and obtain data on their effectiveness. It will also be a good experience to detect and apply improvements.
3: Create a Professional toolbox:
The "NO GAPS toolbox" will contain documentation and resources to implement the NO GAPS intervention methodology. The activities and resources contained in this box will be based on the handbook and the results obtained in the piloting phase.
