On the 3-4.06.2019 was the Second partnership meeting of the "No Gaps - Transnational methodology for socio-labor intervention with young women asylum seekers and refugees” (2018-2-ESO2-KA205-011654), co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme of the European union. The duration of the project is 24 months /01.09.2018 - 31.08.2020/. The partnership consortium consists of five EU organizations – Guarani NGO (ES), Solidaridad sin Fronteras (ES), KEK IEKEP (GR), BEST Institut für berufsbezogene Weiterbildung und Personaltraining GmbH (AT), Gender Alternatives Foundation (BG).
Objectives of the Meeting
The meeting was designed to track down the development of the NO GAPS project at national levels. The partners discussed the creation of the Innovative online database through presentations and validation of the compilations of good practices; a report on the development of the NO GAPS website was provided with feedback from participants for its improvement. An expanded dissemination plan was introduced that focused on the project’s presence in social media. The foundations of an integral and replicable methodology of intervention at European level for professionals working with young migrant women, asylum-seekers and refugees were laid. The partners also framed the contents of the training curriculum. Horizontal management matters were put forward with reviewing partners’ roles, financial situation, monitoring and evaluation plan, among others.
