The No Gaps project aims at the creation of a transnational methodology for socio-labor intervention with young women asylum seekers and refugees. In the pursuit of this goal, the third partnership meeting was held on 27-28.02.2020 in Athens, Greece. Five EU organizations form the international consortium - Guarani NGO (ES), Solidaridad sin Fronteras (ES), KEK IEKEP (GR), BEST Institut für berufsbezogene Weiterbildung und Personaltraining GmbH (AT), Gender Alternatives Foundation (BG).
The meeting reviewed the progress of the No Gaps Project. Presentations focused on the Intellectual Outputs of the project – the No Gaps Project’s website and its innovative database were displayed. The finalization of the Training Curriculum for professionals and the forthcoming work over the Open Educational Resource for an integral socio-labour intervention with young women, asylum seekers and refugees were discussed and clarified. Horizontal project issues on management and dissemination were also part of the agenda. The partners embark on the final stages of the project where practical work with professionals and women from vulnerable groups is foreseen. It will validate and affirm the No Gaps Intellectual Outputs as sustainable and applicable methodology for upskilling and empowering women.
